How to Order Business Cards
- Visit the print store (https://portal.jtscorp.com/carringtonsjvcprint/)
- Choose CC Stationary or SJVC stationary, Cobranded cards can be found in both folders.
- Choose the quantity from the dropdown and add to order
- Add in all information you’d like included on the card
- Press continue
- Verify ALL information was transcribed correctly and accept the proof
- Continue with your order or when finished go to your cart to check out
- Fill in your shipping information
- Select your campus in the cost center field for billing purposes
- Review your order one last time to ensure all information is correct
- Place order
- Next the order will get routed to your campus director to approve
- Once they approve the order goes to production
FAQs
What if I made a mistake and I need to cancel or edit my order?
Email Erin Yurkovic erin.yurkovic@jtscorp.com with your order number to request your order is canceled. If the card hasn’t gone to print it may be possible. If it already went to print you will need to redo the order.
What if I can’t access the print store?
Check that you are signed in to SJVC or CC, the print store is SSO meaning single sign on so you will have access if you are logged in. if you are still not able to access put in a help ticket with IT at helpdesk@embered.com.
What if I want my credentials/certification initials to be lowercase?
For example “MSN-Ed” and the template isn’t allowing it.
Email Kandice.roth@ember.edu with all card information and an exception can be made and the order will be placed on your behalf.
My campus director can’t find the approval.
