HOW TO

Graduation Programs Ordering Instructions

Programs must be ordered from 5 weeks in advance of the graduation.

Step 1 (Compile Grad List)

  • 6 weeks before graduation start compiling your grad list
  • Use template that can be found here
  • Verify all information is correct, that no grads or programs are missing, and names spelled correctly.

Step 2 (Send Art and Order Information)

  • Send completed template to design@sjvc.edu
  • Include:
    • How many copies you need printed (suggested 3 programs per graduate, ex: 100 grads = 300 programs)
    • Where to ship programs
    • Date you need the programs delivered by

Step 3 (Proof and Finalize Graduation Program)

  • Design team will format for print and send back a proof.
  • This is your last change to verify all information is correct, ensure no grads are missing, and names are spelled correctly, etc.
  • After final approval, Design team will forward the final print-ready PDF to MTI for production.
  • MTI sends AP@embered.edu final invoice

Step 4 (Production and Shipping)

  • Allow 14 business days for production and shipping of the graduation programs.
  • The programs will be produced by MTI.
